Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Kaamora Tech operates as a specialized custom software studio based in India. We design, program, test, and deploy customized digital systems, including client/partner portals, databases, CRM systems, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and automation crons.

All development scopes are explicitly defined in written quotations or service level specifications signed off by the client. Any modifications or additions requested outside the agreed-upon blueprint will be treated as additional change requests subject to separate scoping and quotes.

2. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

At Kaamora Tech, we believe in complete code transparency. Upon clearance of the final milestone payment, Kaamora Tech transfers all ownership rights, titles, and intellectual property interests in the custom source code to the Client.

Clients are granted full authority to modify the code, deploy it on their server infrastructures, or resell/commercialize the completed software platform. No ongoing licensing or royalty fees will be charged by Kaamora Tech.

3. Payments, Billing, and Milestones

Payment for services is structured around progressive milestones as detailed in your project's quotation. Payments are billed and collected securely, including through Razorpay integrations or direct bank wires.

Work on a specific milestone will only commence after clearance of the designated upfront deposit for that phase. Kaamora Tech reserves the right to suspend development and hosting environments if milestone invoices remain unpaid beyond 5 business days from their due date.

4. Client Obligations & Account Security

For our portals and collaborative dashboards, clients are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of their portal passwords. Any developer credentials shared in our encrypted Credential Vault must be managed with maximum caution.

Kaamora Tech will not be held liable for security leaks or data breaches arising from the leakage of client credentials or API keys on client-controlled systems or third-party servers.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

Kaamora Tech delivers all customized codebases with a standard 30-day post-launch support period, covering server onboarding, onboarding guidance, and fixing of any programming bugs that conflict with original project specifications.

Following the 30-day period, the software is provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kaamora Tech does not guarantee that third-party integrations (e.g. Google Maps APIs, SMS gateways, payment channels) will remain uninterrupted as their APIs are outside our control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of contracts, codebases, or services rendered by Kaamora Tech shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
